A brief history

Emmanuel Adult Day Center was founded in 2016 by Mrs. Yvonne Cox. She birthed the concept out of a need of her own for day services for her elderly husband. She further developed the idea as she continued to work and maintain another business. Yvonne was able to take great care of her husband until his passing in 2018. After talking with some community leaders, Mrs. Cox set the wheels in motion for Emmanuel Adult Day Center.

Our center’s number one goal is to ensure that we are caring for your loved ones daily with love and respect. We want to ensure that while we are caring for our seniors, we help maintain their independence, dignity, and respect. Our mantra, “Care and Compassion from the Heart,” is not just something that we say; it's something that we do. We take great pride in our commitment to care for your loved one.
