Counseling
EADC has an on-site Licensed Professional Counselor to meet with both participants and their
families to help aid in their mental health needs. Services include psychological/emotional support
through individual & group sessions. Case management services are also provided on an as
needed basis. Please visit the website of our counselor, Nicole Johnson. Visit the following link to learn more about her
services - https://nljcounseling.com/.
Medical care/Health screenings
EADC has an in-house RN to provide medical services & health screenings to each
participant. Our RN on roster meets regularly with particpants to complete routine vital
checks and administer any medications on-site. The RN also provides direct communication
to families and Primary Care Physicians on any changes or concerns of the participant.
The RN also coordinates with the PCP any other services provided on-site.
Community
EADC creates an optimal environment for community & socialization in our facility.
We want our seniors to use their mental faculties to the fullest. We focus our efforts to
ensure your loved ones are continually engaged through communication and discussions,
arts & crafts, field trips, daily recreation, and much more.
Transportation/Meals
Healthy meals are provided every day the center is open. Meal time is a group experience
and takes place in our activity area where games such as bingo are sometimes played.
If your senior does not have a car, our driver will take you to and from our center in
our comfortable and climate-controlled van.
Exercise/Recreation
Exercise equipment such as a treadmill is available for use anytime the center is open.
A billiards table and Pop-A-Shot baskeball game is also free-to-use. And your senior can
have a fun time by participating in card games and bingo throughout the week.
